to spearhead our firm's client acquisition and brand growth initiatives across the retail and SME sector.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Market Positioning

-- elevate and manage the firm's visibility and brand reputation.

Retail Partnerships & Onboarding

-- introduce our accounting services to retail shops and strategic partners, build long-term relationships, and expand channel networks.

Client Acquisition Strategy

-- design and execute robust marketing and business development plans to attract new clients.

Campaigns & Promotions

-- conceptualize and implement promotions and awareness campaigns tailored to SMEs and retailers.
?

Customer Experience

-- ensure onboarding, service touchpoints and communication support a positive client journey.

Experience in working with

Ideal Background

Candidates with experience in:
