Overview

GetBoardwise is hiring our first full time in house marketer. You will build and run the whole marketing engine. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies that lift brand awareness, fill the pipeline, and support revenue growth. You will mix hands on execution with clear reporting, work closely with sales, and keep everything joined up across channels. This role suits a doer with strong organisation, clear communication, and a keen eye for detail.

What you will do

Own HubSpot marketing



Build and manage lists, segments, workflows, and automation Create email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences Set up lead scoring, A B tests, and performance dashboards Keep data clean and compliant

Run paid acquisition



Plan and manage Google Ads across search, display, and video Plan and manage LinkedIn Ads for demand and lead generation Build landing pages and conversion paths and track results in HubSpot and GA4 Manage budgets, pacing, and weekly reporting

Grow organic channels



Plan and publish website content, case studies, and thought leadership Manage our LinkedIn page and support leadership with posting calendars Improve SEO basics including on page content, internal links, and meta data

Create and manage content



Write clear copy for web pages, emails, ads, and collateral Produce and edit graphics in Adobe Photoshop or Canva Update and maintain pages in WordPress Coordinate testimonials, reviews, and proof points

Social, events, and webinars



Schedule social content and track engagement and growth Organise webinars and occasional events as part of B2B outreach Prepare launch plans for new services and partnerships

Analytics and reporting



Own GA4 and HubSpot reporting and simple dashboards that sales can use Monitor campaign metrics and prepare concise reports in Excel and PowerPoint Run experiments, interpret insights, and scale what works

Project management



Lead marketing projects from brief to delivery Align activity with business goals through regular planning with sales and leadership
What you will bring

Degree in Marketing or a closely related field Proven experience across SEO, email marketing, social media management, B2B marketing, and project management Hands on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action Excellent copywriting and editing skills Clear communication, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast moving environment Leadership qualities with experience steering projects or small teams
Nice to have

Experience in professional services or B2B lead generation Basic HTML for email and landing page edits Familiarity with webinar platforms and simple video edits
