The Role

As Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of our team, managing client communication and helping deliver marketing campaigns that make a real impact. You'll be the point of contact for our local email marketing clients -- ensuring every deliverable is handled clearly and professionally.

You'll also coordinate local campaigns, manage print projects, handle design briefs, and support the delivery of engaging email and blog content. It's a varied, fast-moving role that blends creativity, strategy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming client requests to ensure client queries and briefs are actioned promptly and professionally. Coordinate quarterly print campaigns, including content management, client sign-off, and print orders. Handle bespoke design requests, briefing our design team and managing approvals. Support email marketing campaigns -- drafting briefs, reviewing copy, managing approvals, and scheduling. Proof and coordinate blog content for client approval and publication. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standards.

About You

Experience & Skills

At least 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role. Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and storytelling. Familiarity with email marketing tools. Experience liaising with clients or suppliers. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
