Alitex Ltd, established in 1952, is a thriving family business specialising in designing and manufacturing world-class aluminium glasshouses. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support our Head of Retail and join our vibrant Marketing team.

This is a varied role at the heart of our retail and brand activities - from weekly KPI reporting and digital campaign support, through to assisting in the execution of a company-wide rebrand. Strong copywriting and proofing skills, excellent organisation and the ability to work confidently with data and systems are essential.

About the Role

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing, retail and e-commerce activity across the UK and USA. You will bring structure, clarity and executional excellence to our campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the gaps.

Weekly KPI & data reporting:

gathering and analysing performance data, tracking trends and budget spend, and producing clear reports for the team.

Copywriting and content proofing:

ensuring our tone of voice is delivered consistently across channels including our website, email campaigns, social assets and printed collateral.

Rebrand project support:

liaising with external partners and suppliers, and managing key project actions to keep the team on track.

Omni-channel campaign administration:

supporting digital and retail marketing activity, ensuring campaign deliverables (digital, print and assets) are delivered accurately and on time.

Event and marketing admin:

supporting logistics, bookings, resource planning and documentation. Representing and attendance across the events calendar including open mornings and RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Project tracking:

maintaining timelines, updating task lists and ensuring actions are completed across the team. Plus, anything else that naturally falls within a marketing executive remit -- we're a collaborative team, and no two days are the same.
Office hours are

8am to 5pm (for 40hrs/week Monday - Friday),

but the nature of the role will require work outside of these hours and at weekends, in which time off in lieu will be provided.

Salary:

30,000 per annum.

About You

You'll be an organised, detail-orientated individual with a strong ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. You enjoy working within the team, supporting and collaborating with others. You are quick to adapt and learn new systems and working with data just as much as you enjoy crafting well-written copy.

Proven experience in a marketing or marketing support role Exceptional

copywriting, grammar and proofing ability

Confident analysing data and reporting on KPIs and trends Strong administration skills and a highly organised approach Experience supporting digital or omni-channel marketing campaigns Comfortable learning new systems quickly - ideally with knowledge of

Adobe, Canva or NetSuite

(training provided) Numerate with good spreadsheet and budget-tracking abilities A proactive team player who enjoys working at pace

Other items of note

Alitex is based in a rural location near Petersfield in Hampshire, with limited access to public transport. The role is office-based. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. 22 days holiday per annum. You will have monthly check-in meetings with your line manager.
