Our Aesthetic Division complements this by offering cutting-edge non-invasive solutions
for body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and intimate wellness, such as EMSCULPT
NEO, EMFACE, EXION(TM), and EMSELLA.
As we continue to grow across both medical and aesthetic sectors in the UK, we are
looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to support marketing activity
across both portfolios, with a primary focus on Medical Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across
medical and aesthetic divisions, ensuring alignment with overall UK strategy.
? Manage the distribution of inbound leads through our CRM platform, ensuring timely
communication with the sales team and accurate tracking of activity.
? Execute the digital communications calendar, coordinating regular email, social
media, and WhatsApp updates for key events, product launches, and educational
activities.
? Create engaging local social media content using Canva and collaborate on content
briefs for photo/video shoots; capture and edit short-form content when required.
? Work closely with internal teams (Clinical, Sales, and Global Marketing) to gather
and deliver relevant content for inclusion in campaigns and communications.
? Ensure all marketing materials are brand-compliant, consistent, and align with BTL's
tone of voice and visual identity.
? Implement a robust proofreading process and maintain high standards across all
written and visual content.
? Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and contribute insights or
recommendations to enhance engagement and support sales goals.
? Assist with event coordination (e.g. exhibitions, workshops, and conferences),
including collateral preparation, lead capture processes, and post-event reporting.
? Support the Marketing Manager and wider UK marketing team with day-to-day
administrative and creative tasks, remaining adaptable across both divisions.
Candidate Profile:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Ideally 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within healthcare,
medical technology, or aesthetics.
? Confident communicator with strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
? Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
? Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp) and CRM systems
(training provided).
? Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and basic content creation tools.
? Enthusiasm for medical technology, innovation, and wellness.
? Based in or around London.
