The Marketing Executive for the Ocean Media (OMG) Housing Events Portfolio is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns for all conferences, exhibitions and awards they oversee.
You are expected to support the team in maintaining and growing our delegate, visitor, awards, exhibitor and sponsor revenues and attendee numbers in line with agreed targets.

Develop and execute comprehensive campaign schedules
to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination across all activities.
Create compelling content and sales materials
in collaboration with project teams, ensuring up-to-date messaging and brand consistency.
Build, manage and oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives,
including direct mail, email, social media, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
Expand and manage the marketing database,
developing targeted attendee lists and supporting data-driven audience development.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign and digital performance
using KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.
Produce and communicate insightful marketing reports
to stakeholders, including post-event analysis and recommendations for future strategies.
Build an expertise and understanding of our business, markets and customers
, as well as internal systems and processes
Work closely with the publications marketing team to maximise cross marketing
opportunities and routes to market
Required Skills
A successful track record of planning and implementing marketing campaigns, balancing traditional vs digital vs fully integrated approaches
Knowledge of database segmentation as well as an understanding of GDPR and its requirements and implications
Digital marketing excellence, specifically, email expertise, paid campaigns and social media
Analysing and reporting on marketing metrics, using findings to improve current campaigns
Lead generation and conversion experience
1 year + events marketing experience in a B2B environment
This is hybrid working role and will require 3 days in the office close to Canary Wharf In London.
