Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media management. Organize and coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, media partners, and stakeholders. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and materials.

Experience

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing software like HubSpot or Mailchimp. Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design principles. Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is an advantage. Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis for informed decision-making. Prior experience in a similar marketing role or relevant field is preferred.
