the role
We're looking for a marketing executive who can
own day-to-day marketing delivery across the group
, with confidence, creativity and consistency.
This is an execution-first role. You'll be trusted to plan, create and deliver high-quality content and organic social activity across multiple brands, while working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider team.
You'll be expected to bring ideas to the table, take initiative, and work independently - without needing constant direction.

Occasional travel required for events, shoots and on-site support

Friday: 8.30am-4.00pm

salary & benefits
25,000-28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

key responsibilities
content & brand delivery
Plan, create and deliver high-quality content aligned to brand guidelines
Own copywriting and proofreading across websites, social media, email and PR
Maintain and update group websites via WordPress (content, imagery, structure)
Ensure consistency of message, tone and quality across all channels
organic social media
Own and manage organic social media activity across group brands
Focus on B2B storytelling, brand presence and credibility
Support the sales team with content and guidance for individual social profiles (primarily LinkedIn)
Plan content calendars and manage posting cadence
Identify opportunities for new channels where appropriate (without trend-chasing)

Deliver content-led campaigns in support of commercial priorities
Produce PR articles and case studies in collaboration with clients, partners and charities
Support tender writing and proposal content where required

Support and deliver email campaigns using Mailchimp
Maintain content quality, structure and consistency
Report on engagement and performance where relevant

Work closely with the Head of Creative on planning and priorities
Collaborate with the group photographer and videographer to brief and deploy content effectively
Manage your own workload, timelines and delivery
Take ownership of tasks from brief to completion

Deliver consistent, high-quality content across priority brands
Run organic social channels confidently and reliably
Reduce the need for hands-on management through ownership and initiative
Be a trusted point of contact for day-to-day marketing delivery
Raise the overall standard and consistency of output across the group
required experience & skills
2-3 years' experience in a marketing role or equivalent practical experience
Strong copywriting and editorial skills
Proven experience managing organic social media channels
Experience working with WordPress and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities
Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable
Confident working independently while collaborating with a small team
desirable
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in B2B marketing or complex organisations
