Duties
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company across digital and traditional channels
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, marketplaces, trade publications)
Analyze marketing performance using data and analytics tools to measure ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the tool industry
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and revenue goals
Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum impact
Optimize website and product listings for SEO, user engagement, and lead generation
Develop and test marketing campaigns (A/B testing, audience targeting, messaging) to improve performance
Maintain dashboards and regular reports for leadership on campaign effectiveness and growth metrics
Support brand awareness initiatives, including trade shows, promotions, and partnerships where applicable
Experience
Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital channels such as SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills in English; capable of crafting compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and IT-related marketing practices is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting while demonstrating time management skills.
