The Role:



- Create and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok with monthly analysis of metrics for subsidiaries of SkinBiotherapeutics.

- Understand tone of voice and positioning of multiple brands

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.

- Be confident in front of the camera and able to create and edit content for a range of products.

- Create and manage email content, campaigns, monthly newsletters, and analysis metrics for each month.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all digital channels.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

-Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms including in person events

- Support customer service based on demand

Qualifications and Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, Facebook Meta, and social media management tools (beneficial)

- Have knowledge of paid ads and be able to work with our ads agency to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to write blogs to help improve SEO
- Minimum 3 years experience
