Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join Newton Abbot Racecourse who will lead on the day to day marketing activities across the entirety of the business. They will devise, support and deliver the marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that maximise sales and business growth across all our raceday and non-raceday revenue lines

Execute a marketing strategy that maximises sales across all revenue streams

Create engaging content, including videos, across al the various platforms including social media, website and emails

Seek and deliver opportunities to build our opted in database

Capture and evaluate customer feedback and look to actively improve brand perception and ongoing customer experience

Ensure website and social media content is engaging, up to date, accurate and optimised

Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business to implement marketing campaigns to the highest standard

Generate and capture content for soclal media at our events

The person will have and will be.....

Skills in delivering highly effective on and offline marketing campaigns

Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail

Creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented

Proactive self-starter who works well under pressure and in a team

Experienced with social media, CRM and CMS

This is a varied role that will span B2C, B2B, events, campaigns, social media, copywriting, design, data analysis, research and customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
