Marketing Executive

who loves creative beauty marketing, understands aesthetics culture, and can take full ownership of our marketing output from day one.

The Role

We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be told the basics.
You already understand:

? How to build a consistent brand aesthetic
? How to plan and execute a content calendar
? How to produce viral, high-quality content (Reels, TikTok, before/after)
? How to run and optimise paid ads
? How to increase engagement and conversions
? How to manage social platforms with speed + creativity

This is a role for someone who genuinely wants to do beauty marketing, not just "find a job."

Your First 3 Months

We don't want someone waiting for instructions; we want someone who can answer:

"What would you do in your first 3 months to grow Snatch & Glow's marketing?"

We are looking for someone who can:

Audit our current marketing and present a plan Improve content quality and consistency Increase followers, engagement, and conversions Launch new creative campaigns Maintain a clear brand theme without needing reminders Bring new ideas and proactive solutions

Responsibilities

Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Film & edit short-form videos Update stories, highlights, and daily engagement Create campaigns for treatments + training courses Manage paid ads (Meta + TikTok) Monitor insights and KPIs Support with marketing launches, events, and shoots Maintain our fun, feminine, Snatch & Glow aesthetic

What We're Looking For

- A savvy, creative marketer
- Someone who LOVES beauty/aesthetics/feminine branding
- Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, social media trends
- Confident at filming content and managing creators/models
- Flexible to work across different Snatch & Glow locations
- Professional, reliable, proactive
- Not afraid to take ownership and lead marketing decisions

Salary

From

2,500 per month

Performance-based increases available.

Have you created content (Reels/TikToks/ads) for a beauty, aesthetics, or similar consumer-facing brand before? Are you comfortable filming content in-clinic and directing models/staff during shoots? Are you able to work across multiple Snatch & Glow locations (Bromley, Islington, and Manchester, if required)? How soon can you start?
