Who are you?

A fabulous team player who will fit into our small enthusiastic team. You have at least two years experience working across Search Marketing disciplines, ideally in B2B.

You will be a keen proponent of channels other than Google, and obsessive about hands on search management and hopefully a technical SEO enthusiast.

You will be eager to learn, a problem solver, enthusiastic and want to work with other team members to continue to deliver a great service to our clients.

Who are we?

We're deliberately small but we punch above our weight! Most of our business comes through recommendation and more work from existing clients, and we take pride in going the extra mile.

Day to day we take on accounts, turn them around and offer an honest and trustworthy service with some nice innovative touches, nothing is cookie cutter with our service.

What's the job?

Every day is different - You will be working on paid search and assisting our SEO team, looking at onpage CRO and working with the wider team to ensure that clients are converting as well as they possibly can be.

You'll be analysing, finding solutions, creating reports and coming out for a beer after work.

You will be working hard. We don't lie to clients and we won't lie to you either - so you will have boring days, times you hate schema or negative keyword lists, or spending another day trying to work out how to get to #1 in a competitive industry.

You'll be working across a range of clients and expected to become knowledgeable about all of their industries - we want curious people with an interest in absolutely everything!

Skillset

Required

2 years experience of Paid Search and SEO - B2B would be perfect
Experience with Tracking and Reporting tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to analyse performance and write reports

Beneficial

Understanding of lead nurturing via email and other channels
Affiliate and Link Building Experience

Do we allow home working?

This job is office based at our location just to the south of Norwich. At present we are working in the office three days a week. We understand that some people would prefer to work from home full time, but this role does require office attendance for at least part of every week.

The Working Week

You can choose to work either a traditional 9-5, 5 day working week, or to work our 'Compressed Hours' option of 8.30-5 with shorter breaks, and alternate fridays off.

On the compressed pattern you will receive 24 days paid holiday, plus all bank holdays and your birthday off while our standard working week offers 27 days paid holiday, all bank holidays and your birthday off.

What else?

We have a lovely office full of very nice staff and an on site swimming pool/tennis courts, with free parking.

If you don't drive you can catch the bus from the city centre and then walk for five minutes. We like dogs.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
