Grade 6: 35,681 - 41,636 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of 1,730 per annum

Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

Said Business School is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our Strategic Initiatives and Brand team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering creative, high-impact marketing and communications campaigns that build awareness, engagement and preference for our strategic programmes and initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Outreach, you will coordinate and execute integrated marketing activities across multiple channels -- helping to strengthen the School's brand and generate leads for our world-class programmes. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing Services, Insight, Data and Performance, and wider University teams, as well as external partners, to bring campaigns to life -- from concept through to evaluation.

Key responsibilities:
Head specific marketing projects within the Strategic Initiatives and Brand team, coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely delivery. Develop and deliver compelling content -- including brochures, videos, animations, news stories, digital assets and webinars. Write engaging copy for websites, student blogs and prospect communications. Support budget management, reporting and performance tracking for campaigns. Represent the team and Said Business School at internal and external events.
You will have proven experience delivering and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with strong knowledge of social media marketing from planning through to analysis. You will be a creative and enthusiastic communicator, skilled in producing effective marketing materials for diverse audiences. Excellent project management, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, alongside a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
