About the role



We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life across our holiday parks. This is a practical, revenue generating, delivery-focused role at the heart of marketing execution - ensuring everything our guests see, from signage and screens to welcome packs and listings, is clear, consistent and unmistakably on brand.

Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Entertainment, Reservations, and Holiday Home Sales teams, you'll turn marketing plans into real-world experiences that feel joined-up, professional and welcoming at every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing



Managing customer-facing materials across our parks, including welcome packs, menus, signage, posters and digital screens Coordinating external out-of-home (OOH) marketing and ensuring assets are kept up to date and in good condition Owning non-website customer information across third-party listings, event guides and sales catalogues Supporting seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns, ensuring on-site and third-party assets are delivered on time Assisting with photo and video shoots, including on-site coordination and preparation Managing print production, from briefing through to delivery, working with suppliers and printers Acting as a guardian of the brand across all physical and printed materials Providing flexible support across the marketing team during busy and peak trading periods

What you'll bring:



Qualifications & Experience



A qualification in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent proven experience in a marketing or communications role, with hands-on involvement in marketing (essential) Experience in marketing within hospitality and tourism (preferred but not essential) . Experience coordinating or supporting campaigns and promotional activity Experience managing onsite promotional materials (e.g. signage, point-of-sale, displays) and coordinating out-of-home (OOH) advertising (e.g. billboards, posters, transport advertising) Experience using and updating and maintaining website content using a CMS Practical experience delivering marketing activity, with confidence managing customer-facing materials across physical spaces, print and third-party platforms

Commercially minded, with a clear focus on marketing activity that supports bookings, sales, engagement, and revenue generation Creative thinker with a practical, solutions-focused approach A strong eye for detail and brand consistency, ensuring everything guests see is accurate, up to date and on brand Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, timelines and stakeholders A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills, with the flexibility to support a fast-paced, seasonal business

Technical & Digital Skills



Understanding of digital marketing principles and user experience best practice Ability to brief and manage designers, printers, and media agencies Competent in using Microsoft Office (essential), and Canva (preferable)

Hours of Work



40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (weekend and evening work may occasionally be required)
