We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and organised individual to manage our marketing, support our operations, and help elevate our brand to the next level.
Role Summary
This is a role combining marketing leadership with daily admin and customer service tasks. You'll work closely with the Director to grow brand awareness, ensure a smooth customer journey, and support all aspects of business operations -- from content creation to invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
Create and implement a marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive showroom traffic
Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with regular, high-quality content
Visit customer homes to take before-and-after photos for marketing materials and case studies
Post engaging content including stories, reels, and customer testimonials
Run email marketing campaigns and manage basic website updates
Track marketing results and recommend improvements
Customer Journey & Sales Support
Act as a key point of contact post-sale, guiding customers through delivery and installation stages
Schedule home visits, deliveries, and fitting appointments
Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the customer journey
Admin, Finance & Supplier Support
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and assist with walk-ins at the showroom
Maintain records and update financial data on Xero (training provided if needed)
File invoices accurately and maintain up-to-date job files
Liaise with suppliers for product orders, lead times, and delivery scheduling
Monitor inventory of brochures, materials, and order samples when needed
Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with the Director on business growth and operational efficiency
Help implement streamlined processes across admin, customer service, and marketing
Take initiative in solving problems and managing priorities
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in marketing, administration, or customer-facing roles (experience in interiors/home improvement is a bonus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using social media and a creative eye for visual content
Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software preferred
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence (required for site visits)
