We are now seeking a Marketing Executive to come on the journey with us. Our Head Office is in Perth, Scotland, where the successful candidate to be based. The position is full time, 40 hours per week.


7H is a dynamic hotel operational and asset management company with a fast-growing portfolio of hospitality assets throughout the UK. As leaders in hospitality and drivers of performance, we are looking for like-minded people to join our team.


Role Purpose


The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's portfolio of hotels. The role involves creating engaging content, coordinating digital and offline campaigns, managing social media presence, and supporting brand growth to drive occupancy, revenue, and customer loyalty across all properties.


Key Responsibilities:


Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
Assist with website updates, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
Conduct research into market trends, competitor activity, and new digital opportunities.
Work with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, etc.) to deliver creative campaigns.


About You:


A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in digital marketing, with some knowledge of social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Good writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential.
