You will sit at the intersection of strategy, performance, and delivery. The role requires someone who understands the full marketing ecosystem - SEO, GEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, Analytics - and can translate insight into action.
You will be responsible not only for execution, but for thinking critically about what drives growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive lead generation and revenue growth for Geek Designs and its clients
Improve conversion rates and customer journeys across all digital touchpoints
Strengthen Geek's positioning as a forward-thinking, performance-led agency

KEY SKILLS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
You must have strong marketing experience.
Develop & manage an acquisition strategy that cost-effectively drives growth across clients' websites.
A strong understanding of how to define and implement an SEO strategy.
Utilising tools such as GA4 and Search Console.
Understanding user behaviour and the customer experience to improve performance and conversion rates across all channels.
A team player and a great communicator - not only able to translate data to actionable insights but also skilled at explaining the proposals to the rest of the Geek team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, deliver, and continuously optimise integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO (technical, on-page, content, local, GEO), Google Ads, email marketing and social media for both Geek Designs and its clients.
Define and implement SEO and search strategies, working closely with design and development teams to ensure robust technical foundations and best-practice execution.
Manage and optimise paid media activity, particularly Google Ads, with a strong focus on efficiency, lead quality, and return on investment.
Analyse data from multiple sources (including GA4 and Search Console) to identify insights, trends, and opportunities, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Improve user journeys and conversion rates by understanding customer behaviour and applying conversion rate optimisation principles across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
Support business development and agency growth, including developing lead-generation initiatives, attending networking events, and contributing to new business opportunities.
Confidently communicate strategies, performance, and recommendations to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into clear narratives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activity within our CRM and ensure effective follow-up and reporting.
