Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Mastery: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising.
Social & Content: Take ownership of our TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. We want someone who can turn our warehouse and products into "must-follow" content.
Website Management: Maintain and update our Shopify. This includes refreshing banners, optimising landing pages, and keeping the site looking as sweet as our products.
SEO & PPC: Oversee SEO strategies and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise our ROI and digital footprint.
B2B & Retail Strategy: Help us get onto retail shelves! You'll create B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and foster relationships with store owners and buyers.
Visual Design: Use Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visuals that align with our brand identity.
Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint to track performance and present growth insights to the team.
Copywriting: Write "scroll-stopping" copy for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Skills & Qualifications
The "Take Charge" Attitude: You are proactive, innovative, and ready to lead the marketing function.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a must.
Creative Tools: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and a natural talent for short-form video (TikTok/Reels).
B2B Knowledge: A solid understanding of how to market to professional audiences and retail businesses.
Organisational Power: Ability to manage project timelines and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills--you need to be able to tell our story.
