Job Description

Bookajet, one of Europe's leading jet charter and management company are currently recruiting for a marketing executive to join their energetic and dynamic team based at their head office in Petersfield.

The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller -- someone who can work independently, build their own content calendar and isn't afraid to experiment with new formats and ideas. They should be confident in maintaining our brand tone of voice and visual identity, and able to create content that resonates with a high-net-worth audience.

They will bring a steady stream of fresh ideas, drawing inspiration not only from aviation but also from travel, luxury lifestyle, events and culture. While knowledge of aircraft is helpful, it's by no means essential -- creativity, strategic thinking and attention to detail are far more important than direct private jet experience.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan, create and publish regular content across Bookajet's channels -- primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, with additional activity on YouTube and Facebook.

Desired skills: strong copywriting, content calendar planning (e.g., Notion), Canva/Adobe proficiency and basic video editing.

Email Marketing:

Produce a weekly email newsletter using CampaignMaster (similar to Mailchimp or HubSpot), including copywriting, layout and performance tracking.

SEO & Content Creation:

Write high-quality SEO blogs tailored for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search tools, ensuring content is informative, engaging and optimised.

Monthly Reporting & Insights:

Use platform analytics and Google Analytics to produce a clear monthly marketing performance report, highlighting key results, campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

Website Management:

Maintain, update and optimise the company website in collaboration with our external web developer to ensure a seamless user experience.

Event Collateral & Logistics:

Create marketing materials for in-person events, coordinate logistics and manage the ordering of branded merchandise.

Partnership & Outreach:

Manage existing partnerships and proactively identify, research and approach potential new brand and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, aviation or travel. Exceptional written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency Experience with marketing platforms, social media etc. Creative, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in WordPress Verbal and written fluency in English is required Smart / professional appearance A motivated and proactive approach to work
Although experience in aviation is not a key requirement, the ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 to 5 years marketing experience gained in a similar role and be able to travel to the Head Office located in Petersfield.
