About the Role

Connexus UK is delighted to partner with a leading MEP engineering contractor in the recruitment of a

Marketing Executive

to join their growing team. With offices across Northern Ireland and a strong presence in GB and ROI, our client delivers innovative engineering solutions across major sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Life Sciences, and Residential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to make an impact across internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all business communications Collaborate with regional and international teams to align marketing strategies and campaigns Design and produce promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and presentation decks Develop bespoke presentations for tenders, client meetings, and corporate events Create and manage email marketing campaigns, with data-driven analysis and reporting Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics Manage social media platforms and website content, ensuring high engagement and accuracy Produce social media reports and engagement insights Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including open days, conferences, and launches Support and manage charity initiatives and community engagement activities Liaise with suppliers and agencies (e.g. designers, printers, photographers, venues) Lead internal marketing campaigns that support employee wellbeing and engagement Coordinate team-building, wellness programs, and staff recognition initiatives Develop engaging internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media channels and creating compelling content Proficient in email marketing tools and Google Analytics Competent in using design software to create marketing materials Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous event management experience is desirable Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand alignment
