Purchased by libraries and delivered via our best-in-class Oxford Academic platform, these products aim to deliver academic content to researchers when, and how, they need it.

About the Role and You

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to play an integral role in developing and executing on our faculty marketing strategy, promoting our high-profile digital content to researchers, faculty, and practitioners within academic institutions across the world. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with your manager to create campaign plans, write content, develop digital advertising and email campaigns, and conduct channel and performance analysis.

Our culture prioritises adaptability, analytics, and collaboration. This is a fast-paced environment where you can take your foundational marketing skills to the next level through our hands-on learning approach and opportunities for end-to-end campaign ownership.

Proactive and clear communication is key to success as a Marketing Executive. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working closely with your own tight-knit team, but also others in our 200-person international marketing department, as well as colleagues in sales.

Having already worked in a marketing role, you will have:

  • Experience in understanding strategy and applying it at a tactical level,
  • Experience in copy writing and digital advertising,
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns,
  • The ability to work in a team as well as strong organisational skills,
  • The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, and
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Previous experience in Higher Education or Publishing would be beneficial but not necessary.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. In this role, the set day you will be expected in the office is a Tuesday.
