Salary : up to 36,000 depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, evolving business as a Marketing Executive, supporting the Marketing team in the delivery of marketing communications, campaigns, events, and sales enablement tools for Northgate companies.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will successfully take ownership of delivery of a varied range of customer acquisition, engagement, cross sell and retention activities across Northgate companies including Northgate Vehicle Hire, Van Monster, Blakedale and FridgeXpress, on time and within budget.


You will be also responsible for managing engagement with external creative and print suppliers to ensure maximum value is achieved. You'll collaborate daily with a range of internal and external stakeholders across a variety of departments to produce relevant content and sales enablement tools that meet the needs of both key stakeholders and our target audiences.

Salary -

Up to 36,000 per annum based on experience

Annual Leave -

Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

About You

With a strong customer focus, you have previous experience in a similar communications role within a fast-paced, corporate environment and, very importantly, a passion for marketing. You are degree educated with a Marketing or other business-related qualification. You are a creative, ideas driven individual with ability to plan and present with a proactive approach to problem solving, and the confidence to propose new solutions and process improvements. You have experience in copywriting, content creation & development to bring product, propositions and campaigns to market You have supported the delivery of events and exhibitions (including on-site). You have an ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders across the business as well as external suppliers. You have excellent attention to detail, and you can work quickly, under pressure and to tight deadlines. You have good organisational and administration skills, alongside strong IT skills including proficiency in, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Ideally, you'll have experience in the vehicle or retail industry. If you have experience of working in a B2B focused business and knowledge of delivering campaigns which follow strict brand and proposition guidelines, then we're waiting to hear from you!
