A new and exciting role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, we are looking for a marketeer who will work closely with our clients across a varied range of B2B marketing and communications activities and channels. The role is client-facing and will work with senior management teams and business owners to help our clients deliver their growth plans through various marketing activities aimed at building better brand awareness and generating new leads.
This role requires a range of marketing and communications skills across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, web, content development, and creative design. We are looking for someone to join our team with creative flair, a passion for all things marketing and communications, and the ability to bring new ideas to our clients. You should also have good project management skills and attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in our Redditch (Worcestershire) office and may require occasional travel to our clients' premises.
Responsibilities
Marketing planning and campaigns:
work with our team and our clients to help themdevelop and implement innovative marketing plans to enhance brand and drive business objectives. Organise and update various marketing plans for our clients, including content plans.
Social media content, design, and management:
produce content for and manage client social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and manage the publishing of content across those channels.
Design:
utilise design skills to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing materials and design, including, but not limited to, graphics for social media, presentations, brochures, and other promotional content.
Email marketing:
build creative email campaigns for our clients using platforms such as MailChimp and Capsule.
Content development:
generate high-quality written and visual content for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print materials. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and engaging content.
Website management:
manage and optimise client websites, ensuring up-to-date and user-friendly content is published. Collaborate with our web development partners to implement improvements and enhancements based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Analytics and reporting:
monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and engagement metrics across email and social media. Provide regular reports to our clients to inform decision-making and optimise future initiatives.

Person profile
Degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on marketing planning, campaigns, design, content development, and social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) and a strong eye for design and excellent creative thinking.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling communications.
Working knowledge of website management and familiarity with content management systems.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and effective in generating new ideas.
