This is a full-time, permanent office-based position, and occasional weekend work may be required when business needs arise. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimising, and reporting on the company's marketing activity. You will promote and raise awareness of AutoMoney Limited's services across a variety of marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on digital disciplines such as SEO, paid search, email marketing, and social media.
The role also involves developing creative and innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market position and overseeing the website's performance within the organic search space. You will use graphic design tools to create marketing collateral, plan and produce content, including video editing and ensure that all activity aligns with current industry trends.
You will also be responsible for the creation and design of targeted landing pages, working closely with our in-house developer to continually optimise the user experience across the website. In addition, you will oversee all the company's external communication channels, including live chat and WhatsApp. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, lender contacts, and intermediaries who refer clients to the company.
Duties
Develop and optimise marketing initiatives to drive cost effective client acquisition and retention.
Monitor and control lead volumes throughout the day/week/month in line with advisor capacity.
Plan, implement, analyse and optimise organic search engine marketing activities. Write content guides and blog posts for the website. Use appropriate industry tools to support this work (SEM Rush, Google webmaster tools, Google Analytics 4, Datastudio).
Plan, implement, analyse and optimise paid search engine marketing activities. Use appropriate industry tools to support this work (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Bing, Bing Ads editor, Datastudio).
Improve the usability, design, content and conversion rate of the Company website. Use appropriate industry tools to support this work (Canva, Hotjar, Google Analytics 4).
Implement and execute email marketing campaigns to align with our business goals.
Plan, implement, analyse and optimise social media campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention.
Implement ways to reduce cost per acquisition on all lead generation avenues.
Analyse and produce monthly reports on the company's overall marketing performance, which will be included within our quarterly board meetings.
Review new technologies and keep the Company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Investigate new routes to market and look for opportunities to collaborate with other businesses within the industry.
Adhere to all compliance and legal requirements of the role, to align the business with regulatory expectations.
Skills
