We work with companies ranging from 25 to 1,000 employees and currently support over 50,000 users on the platform. As we continue to scale, marketing plays a critical role in driving awareness, engagement and sales growth.
The Role
We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, working from our Reigate office. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working with design, and running performance-driven campaigns that directly support sales.
You'll work closely with the founders and sales team to bring ideas to life, improve brand consistency, and help generate high-quality leads for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging marketing content across email, website, landing pages and social media
Design marketing assets such as adverts, infographics, sales collateral and digital downloads
Support and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad creation, optimisation and reporting
Assist with campaign planning to support product launches, promotions and sales activity
Help maintain and evolve the WorkSmarter brand across all channels
Track and report on campaign performance, focusing on leads and conversions
Support wider marketing activity as the business grows
About You
Experience in a marketing or creative role (B2B or SaaS experience is a plus)
Strong content writing skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using design tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar
Experience with Google Ads and performance marketing
Commercially aware and motivated by business growth
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
Happy to work from our Reigate office on a part-time basis
