About the Job



As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms including our website, blog, email campaigns, social media, and printed materials. This position calls for a creative and technically skilled individual with a passion for innovation and a strong background in digital marketing and social media management.

Roles and responsibilities



The post holder of the role will work alongside the commercial director, successfully completing the following tasks;

Develop, create (in collaboration with external videographers), and manage social media content to drive engagement, boost sales, and strengthen brand awareness. Write and produce engaging website copy, SEO-optimised blog articles, and case studies. Setup and manage Meta paid ad campaigns Create compelling content for email campaigns, ensuring consistency with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice. Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Research market and product trends to inform content strategies. Integrate relevant keywords into both short- and long-form content for SEO. Support the organisation at tradeshows and events. Maintain and update website content as required. Manage and develop catalogue of visual assets. Assist in managing the customer database. Provide content support to other departments, including product descriptions, technical documents, presentations, and training materials. Monitor and report on content performance metrics, including web traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

About you



This position requires a proactive individual with a creative approach, who can generate original and innovative content to help us achieve our growing ambitions.

You will have will demonstrable previous experience in another or similar role, with a strong desire to promote all aspects of our brand on different platforms. Conveying our company's tone of voice, you will have fantastic communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant content marketing role. At least 1 years' experience creating and managing social media content for a retail brand. Experience implementing Meta paid ad campaigns Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong research and analytical abilities.

Desirable experience



Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify). Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Omnisend). Understanding of SEO principles and related tools. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Terms of employment



Part-time (0.5 FTE), Permanent, Flexible working hours available. Post-holders are subject to a 3-month probation period. Occasional weekend work may be required to attend trade fairs Opportunity for some hybrid working
