Job Description

Easybook Training is one of the UK's leading online training course providers, helping individuals and businesses access accredited health & safety, construction, and business training with ease. We're entering an exciting new phase with a brand new website and a refreshed marketing strategy and we're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join our friendly team.

You'll work closely with our marketing agency partner, Big Orange Media, to help drive engagement, grow our digital presence, and ensure our brand continues to stand out in a competitive market.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. On successfully passing your probation period, the role will offer 2 days a week working from home and 3 days office based here in central Tunbridge Wells (2 minute walk from train station).

About the Role



As our

Marketing Executive

, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering Easybook Training's marketing activity. From managing content and social media approvals to contributing ideas for campaigns and attending video shoot days, you'll be hands-on and involved in every stage of the process.

You'll be the go to person internally for all marketing activity, collaborating with Big Orange to keep everything running smoothly and consistently on brand.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with Big Orange Media to plan and implement marketing campaigns. Creating, updating and maintaining a repository of marketing collateral to support the sales function of the business Review and approve social media content before publishing. Provide fresh, engaging content ideas and copy for blogs, social posts, and email campaigns. Attend and support video shoot days (occasional travel required). Contribute creative ideas for ongoing marketing strategy and website launch activity. Help maintain consistency of tone, voice, and brand across all channels. Support with performance reporting and campaign reviews.

About You



We're looking for someone who's:

Enthusiastic, creative, and keen to take ownership of projects. Confident communicating and collaborating with both internal teams and agency partners. Highly organised with great attention to detail. A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied role.

You'll also have:



At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practice. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing would be an advantage.
