The role
This is an exciting opportunity to help grow one of the most respected names in the industry. Working as part of a small but ambitious marketing team, you'll bring ideas, energy, and creativity to help showcase our stunning homes, drive awareness, and strengthen Prestige's position in the luxury park home market.
You'll be involved in everything from campaign delivery and content creation to event support and print management -- working closely with our Marketing Manager and external partners to bring the Prestige brand to life.
Although this role is focused on Prestige, you'll also collaborate with our sister brand, Victory, on group-wide initiatives -- meaning there's plenty of variety and room to develop your skills across multiple audiences and channels.
You'll be expected to:
Work alongside our Marketing Manager and brilliant external partners to bring campaign ideas to life and keep things running to plan.
Help us stand out from the crowd by building brand awareness and connecting with customers across lots of different channels.
Manage a variety of print campaigns - from brochures and event materials to leaflets and bespoke projects - ensuring everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
Help to create purpose-led campaigns that meet clear objectives, are results-driven, and bring our brand to life.
Keep up to date with the wider industry by looking at our competitors and trends to help inform our strategy.
Get hands-on across our busy events calendar, offering support where it's needed most.
Champion our brand by helping to maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Work closely with other teams - from product to sales - to make sure our marketing aligns with the bigger picture.
Measure the success of your work, helping us learn, improve, and keep moving forward.
You'll have:
The ability to work across multiple brands at the same time
At least 2 years' experience in a marketing team or agency
Experience managing print campaigns and working with external agencies.
* Experience using e-mail marketing software like Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or Touchdown
