Job Summary

We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a varied and creative role, offering the chance to make a real impact across digital and event marketing.

You'll be confident planning and delivering a wide range of marketing activities, from email campaigns and social media marketing to community engagement and event sales. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WordPress, social media tools and Adobe Creative is essential, along with a flair for writing engaging copy and capturing visual content.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing email campaigns (MailChimp, Klaviyo) Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and increasing audience engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Update website content using WordPress and tracking performance with Google Analytics Writing and proofreading engaging copy for newsletters, blogs, print and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation and editing.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role. Skilled in email marketing, social media tools and WordPress. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Klaviyo) Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms. A recognised qualification in Marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.
