We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B role.

This role will support a newly formed and busy marketing team who provide support to multiple divisions across the business. You will be supporting the team to deliver multiple projects which include 30+ events per year, multiple product launches, development of marketing materials, website editing and more.

Duties will include:



Project management support. Work with our graphic designers to re-new and create content. Co-ordinate our promotional activities including, exhibitions, webinars and other marketing events that showcase our growing portfolio. This includes but is not limited to:
o Assist in coordinating logistics (packing, delivery, printing, registration, internal and external comms) ensuring all deadlines are met.

o Ensuring sample displays and sample kit are provided in time.

o Supporting with the management of available marketing materials and in house stock (brochures, giveaways, business cards).

o Ensuring post event feedback is gathered, to be able to improve year on year.

o Researching potential events that the business should be present at.

Support to deliver our social media plan, which could include some content creation. Maintain the company website, to include editing of existing content, adding new items and keeping the event calendar up to date (using wordpress, training will be provided). Own and improve marketing's input for internal events (training, staff inductions, focus groups). Coordinate the translation of material. Budget management with responsibility for the correct processing of all POs and invoices.
