As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help drive our brand and marketing performance forward.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and capable Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activity and drive internal marketing delivery. We need someone confident, proactive and execution-focused who thrives on getting things done and delivering consistent, high-quality marketing output.

You will manage our ongoing campaigns, content creation, social media, email marketing and the organisation of company events. You will also work closely with external agencies when required, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and align with our brand and growth objectives. Experience using HubSpot is highly desirable, as you will be responsible for driving the platform internally.

This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who wants to take the lead on marketing delivery within a growing and ambitious organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute day to day marketing activity across all channels

Manage social media content, website updates, email marketing and campaign activity Create engaging written and visual content that supports our brand and business objectives Use and drive HubSpot including workflows, email campaigns, lead tracking, reporting and automation Coordinate and deliver company events including client events, conferences, community engagement and internal activities Work with external agencies for design, digital campaigns, website development and PR Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all scheduled activity is delivered on time Support the Sales and Marketing Manager with campaign planning and reporting Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials Analyse performance and recommend improvements to marketing activity
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role, within a B2B and ideally, a service-based environment

Strong hands-on marketing delivery skills across digital, content, social media and events Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time A proactive and self-motivated individual with a commitment to high-quality work Confidence when working with external agencies and internal stakeholders Creative thinking, attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve marketing performance
