The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take a leading role in coordinating global events, managing and optimising our web and social channels, and supporting broader marketing operations. This dynamic, hands-on position requires strong coordination skills, proactive stakeholder engagement, and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing output.
As a key member of the team, you will support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, oversee the delivery of consistent and engaging content, manage event logistics, and monitor performance metrics to help drive continuous improvement. You will gain exposure across all areas of digital marketing--including web management, content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media, and analytics--while playing an important role in elevating the company's global presence. This role reports to the Strategic Marketing Consultant.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate the production and delivery of digital and physical marketing assets.
Gather, analyse, and organise marketing data to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Propose improvements to enhance ROI and optimise marketing processes.
Support internal marketing needs, including presentations, proposals, and materials for stakeholders.
Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks as required to ensure smooth workflow.
Take on additional responsibilities aligned with evolving marketing and organisational priorities.
Events & Webinars
Coordinate global events attendance, webinars, and related digital activities, ensuring seamless planning, promotion, and execution.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to continually refine and improve event processes.
Assist with event collateral, registrations, follow-up communications, and performance reporting.
Content, Digital & Social Media
Lead the day-to-day management of web and social channels, ensuring high-quality, consistent content output.
Grow and enhance social media presence--particularly on LinkedIn--through stakeholder collaboration, content drafting, scheduling (e.g., Hootsuite), and performance monitoring.
Draft, edit and publish emails and social content aligned with brand messaging.
Update website content using the CMS and ensure content is optimised through on-page SEO best practices.
Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web.
Contribute to lead-generation activities and help drive growth in alignment with the sales strategy.
Qualifications and skills
1-3 years' experience in a marketing coordination or executive-level role (required).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML understanding.
Working knowledge of SEO tools and principles.
Experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and improve processes.
Strong problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
Terms and conditions
Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays
Location: Global Operations Centre, Southampton, UK
Working hours: 08:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday
