Marketing Executive

Full-time | 28,000 - 34,000 (depending on experience) | Hybrid (Southsea office base)

Perfect Skin Solutions is an award-winning, doctor-led aesthetic clinic founded by Dr Dev Patel, renowned for delivering natural, safe and effective treatments. We are now seeking a Marketing Executive to help grow our brand presence and patient community through creative content, strategic campaigns and data-driven marketing.

This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated marketer who can manage the full process -- from content creation to campaign analysis -- and understands how great marketing directly drives new patient bookings and long-term loyalty.

The Role

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and in-clinic channels. Create compelling content (social posts, video, email, website) that reflects our tone of voice and patient experience. Manage and grow Perfect Skin Solutions' social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Support and grow the personal brand of Dr Dev Patel, amplifying his profile across key platforms. Write and publish blogs optimised for SEO to enhance organic visibility. Apply SEO best practices across website and content. Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, turning insights into actionable improvements. Update and optimise content on the WordPress website, ensuring treatments, offers and news are current. Manage clinic newsletters and promotional workflows via CRM/email marketing platforms. Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for campaigns, events and internal communications. Support clinic events, collaborations and local partnerships.
About You (Must-Haves)

Proven experience in marketing or digital content creation for a consumer, beauty, or healthcare brand. Confident creator -- capable of producing social media content, photography, and short-form video independently. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles. Skilled in blog writing and optimising content for search. Understanding of how to market a clinic or service-based business (patient journey, offers, conversion). Competent in WordPress, PowerPoint, and design tools (Canva or Adobe). Strong copywriting skills and attention to brand tone. Data-driven and organised, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
Desirable

Previous experience in the aesthetics, wellness or healthcare industry. Knowledge of CRM/email marketing platforms. Photography and basic video editing skills.
