As we expand our marketing capability, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven
Marketing Executive
to join the team and help power our next stage of growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the
Marketing Director
, you'll be responsible for supporting and delivering outbound marketing campaigns, managing data and CRM activity, and helping generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
You'll work closely with our
Business Development Representative
to coordinate campaigns, feed qualified contacts, and measure performance.
This is a
hands-on learning role
where you'll gain exposure to marketing automation, campaign management, and analytics, with full mentorship, structured training, and the chance to progress fast.
What You'll Do
Research and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
Support the execution of outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
Maintain CRM data accuracy and campaign tagging
Monitor engagement and help analyse campaign performance
Assist with workflows, sequences, and reporting
Collaborate with sales to improve targeting and messaging
Contribute ideas to optimise outreach and lead quality
What You'll Bring
Genuine interest in B2B marketing and technology
Confident using LinkedIn for research and outreach
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role or internship
Any exposure to CRM or automation platforms is a bonus
What You'll Get
25,000 - 28,000 base salary + performance bonus (based on experience)
