Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
Oversee content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools.
Maintain and update the organisation's website using WordPress; monitor website analytics via Google Analytics to assess performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and project management tasks.
Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions; prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Lead management of social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance metrics; optimise strategies based on analysis skills to improve ROI.
Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities that support brand awareness and client engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns; support leadership in strategic planning.
Experience
Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and IT tools relevant to marketing activities.
Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of B2B marketing principles.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data effectively and derive actionable insights.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
