An office-based role responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key duties and responsibilities:
To create and deliver the marketing services plan to agreed time and budget constraints
To ensure all marketing materials reflect the key messaging and support the brand values
Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, events, etc.)
Manage the company website
Support Product management and NPD activity
Take ownership for the creation and content of all company literature
Support sales and customer activity through the provision of agreed marketing promotional material to help generate sales and enquiries
Manage the marketing budget.
Monitor and measure key performance indicators to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing activity
Project manage company exhibition requirements
Create and co-ordinate promotional activity as required with Sales and customers
Manage customer communications, surveys and research as required
Manage the company brand in line with agreed brand guidelines
Facilitate and manage 3rd party service provision such as Luckins, CPD's etc
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous Marketing experience would be beneficial, especially in a B2B environment in a Marketing Services / assistant role
IT literate - able to use Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
We would expect that the job holder would have a formal Marketing or Business studies qualification which included a Marketing module
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of using marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, MailChimp, Hootsuite and CMS systems.
Event organisation & management experience would be an advantage
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
