We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering impactful campaigns, creating engaging content, and using data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure our marketing activity aligns with business objectives and reinforces our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead or support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and meet commercial goals.
2. Content Creation & Messaging: Develop compelling content for digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and audience needs.
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements and maximise ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to tailor messaging and ensure marketing supports business priorities.
4. Customer Insight & Engagement: Apply customer feedback and market insights to shape campaigns and improve relevance.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing activity reflects our brand guidelines and strengthens brand identity.
5. Organisation & Delivery: Manage multiple projects effectively, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Qualifications



- GCSE Maths and English grade 5/C or above - At least 2 years marketing experience - Marketing or business qualification at BTEC or Degree level
