The Role

O'Neills Sportswear is growing, and we're looking for a

Marketing Executive

who's ready to make an impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things marketing - from campaign planning and brand storytelling to performance analysis and creative collaboration.

You'll be working at the heart of our marketing team, supporting the development and delivery of campaigns that drive sales, strengthen brand loyalty, and inspire sports communities worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns - spanning email, social, digital, and in-store promotions. Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis, providing insights to help refine strategy. Work with our design and content teams to develop engaging marketing assets across digital and print. Contribute ideas and research for new marketing opportunities, seasonal launches, and product campaigns. Help coordinate events, sponsorship activations, and PR opportunities to boost brand visibility. Collaborate with ecommerce teams to align campaigns with sales objectives and product launches.

What We're Looking For

A marketing enthusiast with at least 3 years' experience in a marketing, digital, or communications role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative eye for branding, design, and content. Comfortable using marketing tools such as email platforms, analytics dashboards, and social media scheduling tools. A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 24,420.00-38,000.00 per year
