We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our small and friendly team. You will have experience in creating assets that pop, writing compelling copy, a critical eye on performance and be excellently organised with a keen eye for detail.
You'll work in our parent company, leading and supporting our two brands - an established market leading independent estate agency in Swindon and our high end agency in Brighton and Hove. Both brands have different target audiences and brand personalities, covering both Sales and Lettings, so you'll have plenty of variety and creative challenge. Our parent company also works for external clients, so there is never a dull moment and we work in a collaborative, friendly, fast paced and supportive environment. We enjoy celebrating success in our quarterly internal Awards Ceremonies and we also have a number of social events throughout the year where we get together. Your main tasks are:
Create personalised marketing materials for our agents
Working with the Marketing Director, Lead Digital Creative Designer and Marketing Performance and Campaign Lead to deliver executional excellence and operational roll out of Marketing campaigns, creating assets in Canva and using Adobe In Design and working with our print and distribution partners and sales offices to ensure they have the collateral they need to succeed
Curate and fulfil on-boarding packs for our self-employed partner agents to provide them a smooth welcome and a great experience of our brands
Internal marketing and employee engagement campaigns, such as quarterly Award ceremonies, newsletters and informal social videos
External newsletters, ensuring engaging content and high quality visuals
Lead liaison with our sales offices for any bespoke requests, understanding whether these can benefit the company as a whole
Support our social strategy across both brands, inputting new ideas for content, staying abreast of social trends and scheduling posts
Help create detailed and insightful marketing performance monthly reports and using data and insight to make recommendations for continuous improvement
Review creative execution across videography and photography for brand quality standards
Input to and maintain campaign calendars for all our brands
Input to our work with external clients
Maintain and update all brand templates in Canva
Always-on paid advertising on social media, utilising best practice to improve CPC and A:B testing
Input to SEO best practice and work with our web designer and Marketing Performance and Campaign Lead to assess results in GA
Copy writing external newsletters, web copy and blog content
