Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that enhance the firm's profile, support business development activities, and strengthen client engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing within a professional services or corporate environment, with strong digital, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of the firm's marketing and business development strategy. Manage and create content for the firm's website, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media channels. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, presentations, and client communications. Assist with event planning, including client seminars, webinars, networking events, and sponsorships. Maintain and develop the firm's CRM database to support targeted marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with partners and fee earners to develop and deliver sector-specific marketing initiatives. Track and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and website CMS systems. Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Good understanding of branding and client relationship principles. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Confident, proactive, and collaborative, with a professional and positive approach.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
