Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the annual UK marketing strategy in alignment with global brand objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns covering online and offline channels.
Prepare and manage budgets for all marketing, advertising, and production materials.
Produce monthly marketing performance reports and updates for senior management.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality content (photos, videos, and posts).
Oversee influencer collaborations and digital partnerships to enhance visibility and engagement.
Lead email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance to refine strategy and improve results.
Offline Marketing & Communications
Coordinate all offline marketing activities, including signage, advertising, and printed materials.
Liaise with the creative and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all collateral.
Oversee photoshoot preparation and coordination, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing use.
Manage all point-of-sale communications within hotels.
Coordinate all media and PR relations to strengthen brand exposure.
Work closely with the Commercial Department on marketing materials, promotions, and sales support.
Hotel & Team Coordination
Travel regularly to all MGM Muthu Hotels in the UK to capture authentic content and support on-site marketing initiatives.
Coordinate weekly with hotel managers to ensure all marketing requirements are being met.
Organise and facilitate influencer visits, photoshoots, and marketing events.
Be adaptable and flexible in managing ad hoc marketing needs across all properties.
Requirements
Proven 360-degree marketing experience, including digital, social media, influencer, and offline campaign management.
Strong background in content creation, photography, and videography.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines.
Experience with email marketing tools and social media management platforms.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Hotel or hospitality industry experience is a significant advantage.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Regular travel to hotel locations across the UK is required.
Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings as required for events or campaigns.
