Please note that the salary listed for this position is based on FTE. This role is pro rata to the salary listed. Successful candidates will be invited to attend a 1st Stage interview on MS Teams, with 2nd stage interviews being face to face at our office in Preston.

Job Overview

As a Marketing Executive at CoByEx Limited you will play a pivotal role in assisting with shaping and implementing the marketing strategies of our organisation. You will work closely with our external marketing management team to support and drive our campaigns. Working both independently and collaboratively, the Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting products, services, or brands to increase awareness and drive sales. The role requires a creative, analytical, and dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support in delivering effective campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Management of Mailchimp to ensure campaigns are directed to the correct source Customer facing role collecting case studies, being the face of the company and generating leads with exceptional customer service. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers for campaign delivery and promotional materials. Contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives and support the wider marketing team as needed. Supporting the Commercial team with business proposals Act as the link between the commercial team and marketing management team to ensure

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce and Mailchimp) Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong organisational and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience in content creation, photography and document production

Reporting

The role of our marketing executive reports directly to our Head of Commercial.
