We're a national installation company that's much less boring than you might imagine. Using technology and digital marketing channels, we facilitate super competitive and high-quality installations throughout the UK, all from our HQ in Warrington. Our product range now spans boilers, solar, battery storage, EV chargers and AC, and we're continuing to expand.
Providing instant fixed-price quotes and allowing customers across the UK to checkout instantly gives us a huge competitive advantage over the industry and we're growing at a phenomenal rate.
We're not quite the biggest at what we do
yet,
but we are the best. We're the best at what we do because we have the best people, and we need more.
Marketing plays a big role in our growth. We don't outsource everything or hide behind agencies -- most of our work is done in-house by a small, capable team that values clarity, consistency and getting things done properly.
We're looking for a solid, all-round Marketing Executive to join the team.
This role is about execution and support across multiple channels rather than owning one narrow specialism. You'll help keep campaigns moving, content published, emails sent, and performance tracked as we scale across new product lines.
You'll be working alongside existing marketers, content creators and the wider commercial team, picking up a broad mix of tasks and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into the role.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, isn't precious about job titles, and likes being involved in the detail as well as the bigger picture.
General responsibility:
Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple products
Helping manage and schedule social media content
Assisting with email marketing, including building, sending and reporting
Updating website content and supporting new product launches
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, ops, content) to keep messaging aligned
Helping track campaign performance and pull together basic reports
Managing day-to-day marketing tasks that keep everything running smoothly
Spotting gaps, issues or opportunities and flagging them early
To work here, you must have:
Experience in a marketing role, ideally in-house
Comfortable working across multiple channels rather than specialising in just one
Basic understanding of social media, email marketing and digital campaigns
Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without needing constant direction
Happy to roll sleeves up and get involved where needed
Comfortable working as part of a small team where everyone takes responsibility
Your own car, bike, van, or helicopter (we aren't particularly accessible by public transport).
An excellent sense of humour
Nice to have:
Experience using email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic reporting or analytics experience
Experience supporting product launches or promotions
Interest in clean energy, home tech, or engineering-led products
Benefits:
Casual dress
Cycle-to-work scheme
Day off for your birthday
Friday drinks
Staff socials
A gorgeous office dog called Penny
