Flamingo Marketing Strategies was founded in June 2019 and has grown from a back-bedroom start-up into a thriving team of seven, working from a beautiful office with scenic views just outside Leamington Spa.

We're now looking for a new

Marketing Executive

to join our flamboyance and bring their own strengths to the team.

The Role

This job description isn't set in stone - we're shaping it around the right person and the skills they bring to the table. We've listed the key areas below, but we don't expect anyone to be an expert in all of them, however for this particular role, we're looking for someone who has gained skills across multiple areas of marketing so you can support the entire marketing team in their day-to-day and above all - we want a can-do, eager to learn attitude. We'd love to know:

Main responsibilities include:

Content Creation & Blog Support

Written content for newsletters, blog posts, and thought-leadership articles to support brand awareness and client positioning.

Lead Generation & Management

Support with the lead generation campaigns for our clients, ensuring the delivery of 100 new engaged prospects each month through targeted outreach and nurturing channels.

Email Marketing Campaign Management

Plan, write, schedule, and monitor email campaigns tailored to client goals, ensuring ongoing pipeline engagement and conversion.

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve clients' organic search visibility, including keyword research, content optimisation, meta-data enhancements, and performance tracking.

Graphic Design

Work closely with our in-house designers to support them with graphics for socials, PDFs, brochures and other marketing and sales assets. We'd ideally love for you to have experience in Adobe as well as Canva, so please mention this in your cover letter if you do.

Database Building & Direct Mail Coordination

Build and manage prospect databases, supporting lead capture initiatives. Coordinate direct-mail campaigns when applicable, ensuring alignment with wider marketing goals.

Social Media Management

Assist with planning, writing, and distributing social media content across platforms, aligning with overall strategy to boost engagement and client visibility.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

Monitor and analyse metrics across email, SEO, PPC, social media, and lead-gen campaigns. Produce regular reports and use insights to refine tactics and demonstrate ROI

CRM support

We currently use GoHighLevel as our CRM of choice - if you have any experience in this area (or using any other tools like Hubspot, mailchimp, Keap) please let us know

Website Content & CMS Management

Update and create website pages, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practice, and brand alignment. Confidently use website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar) to publish content and improve user experience.

Client Liaison & Strategy Support

Assist with client communications, participate in content calls and help translate client goals into deliverable marketing plans.

Photo/video shooting and editing

A great skill to have to be able to assist the designers on photoshoot days

Bonus Skills

Our own website and many of our clients' sites are built on WordPress, so CMS experience is highly valued. We also use HighLevel as our CRM - if you've worked with it before, be sure to mention it in your cover letter!

Location

Flamingo Marketing Strategies Ltd. is a vibrant marketing agency based just outside Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Since launching in 2019, we've grown into a thriving team supporting around 20 clients across a wide range of industries.

We're a "done-for-you" marketing agency, meaning we handle everything from strategy and content creation to email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, video production and beyond. Our office is on Banbury Road, conveniently located near the M40, A46 and within easy reach of Warwick, Leamington Spa, Solihull, and Stratford-upon-Avon.

We work together in the office Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm), collaborating closely as a team to deliver great results for our clients.

Other details

Contract: Full-time Holiday allowance: 20 days PLUS bank holidays pro-rata (loyalty scheme to reach 25 days) PLUS Christmas closedown extra holiday (not taken out of your allowance if targets are met) Dress-down Friday Progression
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (Full-time)

Salary range to allow for varying levels of experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (desired)
