As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Executive

to help strengthen our brand and support our commercial objectives.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal contributor to delivering impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility, foster audience engagement and drive measurable business growth. This newly created role offers genuine ownership of projects, empowering you to shape initiatives from concept to execution. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your marketing expertise across multiple channels in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:



Event & Campaign Coordination



Assist in planning, promoting and delivering broker and industry events, webinars and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, attendee communications and post-event follow-up. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Content Creation & Management



Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, website updates and press releases. Draft, edit and proofread marketing collateral and internal communications to ensure clarity and brand alignment. Maintain and update the marketing asset library, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.

Brand & Design Support



Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with external designers, agencies and suppliers to produce high-quality creative assets. Assist in developing visual and written content that reflects the company's tone and values.

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports using data analysis tools. Track key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates and ROI to inform future strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.

Project & Budget Management



Help manage budgets, timelines and project briefs to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate records of marketing spend and resource allocation.

Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in a marketing role (financial services or insurance desirable but not essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
