Marketing Director

NWS Motor Services is Europe's leading supplier of reconditioned and remanufactured engines, with a strong reputation in the Land Rover market. We are seeking a

strategic and driven Marketing Director

to lead our marketing function, build brand awareness, and drive business growth across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen NWS's brand position in the automotive sector Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) to generate leads and enquiries Oversee content creation for website, brochures, and promotional materials Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, press, and external agencies Analyse marketing performance data, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team Manage and grow a small in-house marketing team (or external contractors where needed) Drive international marketing initiatives to expand NWS's presence across Europe and beyond

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior marketing role (Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / Director level) Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies Excellent communication and leadership skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability Automotive industry experience (preferred, not essential)

Hours & Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (Jan-Dec) Competitive salary (dependent on experience) On-site parking Full-time, permanent position

Pay: 20,000.00-30,000.00 per year
