We're looking for a confident, results-driven Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns across both digital and offline channels. You'll have the freedom to shape our messaging, grow our presence, and play a key part in driving new business. Key Responsibilities

Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels Manage paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Create content for social media, our website, printed materials, and email campaigns Maintain and update the website via WordPress or similar platform Track campaign performance using analytics tools and Excel, making recommendations for improvement Develop brochures, direct mailers, and case studies with support from design partners Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives Mentor and support junior marketing team members

Requirements

2+ years' experience in a marketing role (ideally B2B or property/finance sectors) Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media tools Comfortable using website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Skilled in content creation across formats (written, visual, social) Good knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) Strong communication and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
