HHH Mortgages is seeking a Marketing Executive who's keen to get stuck in and grow their skillset to join our team in Winchester.
We want to create engaging content across social media, fostering a strong community, alongside trying other channels in order to drive brand growth and client enquiries. This role offers the opportunity for you to grow with us, developing our marketing and social media strategy and making a measurable impact to our local presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing our marketing assets, and growing our social media presence, all with the view to generating quality, mortgage and insurance leads for our advising team.
You will be creating all forms of social media content that will be posted on various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Podcast and YouTube. There will also be the creation of assets, funnels, webinars and even in-person seminars on occasion.
It's a cross-channel role that allows the right person to get stuck in and drive the growth of the business forward.

Essential Skills:
Content Creation:
Ability to create engaging, shareable content that's tailored to various social platforms.
Image Creation:
Knowledge of tools and software to create unique images that stand out and attract attention
Design:
Basic knowledge of design tools to create visually appealing posts.
Community Management:
Ability to engage with users and build a community.
Implement CRM features
: including AI employees, lead nurture sequences, funnels, and automations.
Email marketing campaigns
: content workflows, and booking funnels.
Analytics:
Understanding and interpreting social media metrics to assess campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
Trend Awareness:
Staying updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Understanding of Audience Behaviour:
Ability to analyse audience behaviour to better tailor content and strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties.

Our work environment includes:
Predominantly remote based, with regular in-person meet ups required
Job Type: Part-time (3 days per week. Full days or flexible around other commitments)
Salary: 30,000 per year (18,000 per year pro rata)
Schedule:
8 hours per day
Days to be agreed, between Monday to Friday
