We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management. Oversee content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials. Utilise tools such as Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimise results. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Manage B2B marketing campaigns and foster relationships with partners and clients. Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and prepare detailed reports for management review. Lead a team of marketing assistants or interns when necessary, providing guidance and leadership. Maintain organised records of all marketing activities and budgets.

Experience



Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing. Demonstrable experience in social media management and B2B marketing strategies. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in project management with excellent organisational skills and time management abilities. Leadership qualities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
